Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the APOLLO GROUP TV streaming service, including all features, functionalities, content, and the associated websites, user interfaces, and software applications (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

3. The Services and Subscription

A. Subscription

To access most features of the Services, you must have a valid subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period, unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing cycle.

B. Billing and Cancellation

• Billing: The subscription fee for the Services will be charged to your designated payment method on the date indicated in your account settings.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not receive a refund for any time remaining on your subscription.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our Services or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion.¹

C. Content and Availability

The content available through the Services (including TV channels, movies, and series) is subject to change at any time without notice. We make no guarantee as to the continuous availability of any specific content or channel. The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

4. User Accounts

A. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

B. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your territory) to become a user of the Services.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other intellectual property rights.

Violation of this section may result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account without refund.

The Services, including all content, text, graphics, logos, images, software, and compilation thereof, are the property of APOLLO GROUP TV or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

A. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

B. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, APOLLO GROUP TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Florida , without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in USA.
