Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to APOLLO GROUP TV. We want to ensure you are satisfied with our Services. Please read this policy carefully regarding refunds for your subscription.

1. Non-Refundable Nature of Digital Services

APOLLO GROUP TV offers instant access to digital, instantly consumable content (live television, video-on-demand, etc.). Once a payment is processed and service access is granted, the service is considered used and rendered.

Therefore, all sales and subscriptions are generally final and non-refundable.

2. Trial Period Policy

If APOLLO GROUP TV offers a free trial period, you are strongly encouraged to utilize this period to test the compatibility, performance, and features of the Services on your devices before committing to a paid subscription.

  • No Refunds for Paid Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, nor for unwatched or unused content or channels. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Exceptions (Service Failure)

We may consider a full or partial refund only in the following, specific circumstance:

  • Complete and Extended Service Failure: If the Services are completely and continuously inaccessible due to a technical error directly attributable to APOLLO GROUP TV for a period exceeding [Insert Number, e.g., 72 consecutive hours] after a customer support ticket has been filed, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
  • Note: Intermittent issues, buffering due to your internet connection, device compatibility problems, or temporary maintenance outages do not qualify as a complete service failure.

Any refund issued under this exception will be determined on a case-by-case basis and, if granted, will generally be a pro-rated refund for the period of continuous inaccessibility.

4. Authorization Issues

If you are charged for a service you did not authorize, you must contact our support team immediately at support@apollogroups-tv.com and report the issue. Unauthorized charges will be investigated, and if confirmed, a full refund for that specific charge will be processed.

5. Refund Process (When Applicable)

  1. To request a refund under the limited exception (Section 3), you must contact our support team at support@apollogroups-tv.com within 7-14 of the alleged service failure.
  2. Your request must include your account details, payment transaction ID, and a detailed description of the service failure.
  3. Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of APOLLO GROUP TV management. If a refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-14 business days.

6. Chargebacks

We urge you to contact us first to resolve any billing issues. Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider may lead to immediate and permanent termination of your APOLLO GROUP TV account.
